Why are there shows on Fox that are not 24?

So here i sit, waiting for Kiefer Sutherland to take me through another hair raising hour with the Counter Terrorism Unit of Los Angeles, and on comes "Trading Spouses." Out of morbid curiosity, i watched (last week too, i have a deep reservoir of morbid curiosity). This is a show where every week, an uptight neat freak gets shipped to a household

by the way, i totally concur--trading spouses (and its tacky twin, "Wife Swap") is not only boring and grotesque but also offends my sense of propriety. I mean, this comes on at PRIME TIME! Someone out there thinks this is one of the best things tv has to offer.

i liked the one where the mean wife put all the other wife's pets in storage, though. =)
