He's really good at surviving in the cold, and he likes beating people with spigots and metal pipes. I don't think he has any special powers, though. Unless being creepy as hell counts.

Understood. I suggest we keep an eye on him for now, then. If he's that ambitious, he might become useful for us. Would he not want to work with someone of his own kind, considering the nature of this place? After all, allies are vital for newcomers.

With Ivan, it never works out like that. He doesn't 'work with' someone. He takes them over and makes them work for him. His 'allies' consist of exactly two kinds of people: those who he's bullied into working for him, and those who say they're his allies to keep him from attacking them but keep him at an arm's length anytime he gets close. You should see how tense the conversations between him and Alfred get.
