At least the returning of powers was timed well. If anything happens now, I won't be forced to deal with a strange power I can't control.

We now have the first draft of the dossier of known troublemakers here in Purgatorium. Additionally, I've started organizing the records of past incidents to make it easier for us to spot patterns in certain people's actions or even the happenings of this place itself. Once completed, they will be available for reference in the headquarters.
I suggest having a meeting with all members in order to go over the dossier and fill it with details as I'm sure that every one of us knows something the other doesn't. For the sake of having a comprehensive file, I wish for all of you to cooperate. The sooner, the better.
And also, I expect you to be able to private things properly soon. I'm offering hacking and encrypting lessons for a reason.
