Hmm I guess it depends on the truth? Maybe some truths are true to everyone? We talked about the definition of fair today in Logic and he talked a bit about truth.
True, but what about the truths that are undeniable? Can they be called untrue just because an argument can be found for them? What did your discussion of fair end up with?
Haha I was drawing at the time.. but pretty much words like that are hard to define without using synonyms. Like it isn't good to say fair is just. Cause then you can say what is just? Oh just is being fair, etc... But I believe it was something like Fair is giving someone what you believe they deserve? He says ERAM a lot.
Well in my post was one. It is undeniable that all people are human regardless of race or gender. People have argued it, but it doesn't make it any less true. The only time it would become an opinion would be if I said that all people are treated like humans. The Nazi's beliefs are a perfect example. They thought the Jews, and others, were animals.
That sounds like a very interesting conversation. I think fair could be defined as being equal/impartial to all, as well.
