I killed my cpu in my desktop, so I am on my brother's laptop until I can afford a new motherboard and cpu. since we're not getting a car anytime soon, I'm going to end up spending $500 on building my next computer this month. Maybe more if I want extra features

I'm getting a motherboard that supports dual core and SLI video card setup where you can have two video cards working hand in hand to give you better visuals and performance. I'll start with one video card and a single core AMD Athlon 64 processor and upgrade to the AMD Athlon fx stuff with the dual core technology. and I like the new video. odd and it has MSI which is great for videos.
