I've been to a new Spinning class 2x in the last 3 weeks (I know, impressive, right?) and I think I really like it. I can "zone out" on the bikes, with the music pumping, in a different way than anything else. I really like how quickly the class goes, it doesn't take much coordination (like the dance and step classes) and I geel good about it.

and i am slowly making friends with regular exercise. i have been working out 2-3 times per week for the past month, and i actully look forward to it a little. i have not lost any weight, but i tell myself i am redistributing. riiight. it helps my back pain at least.
