PLOT UPDATE: OH BOY...
Details:
You awaken to find yourselves in cages, your surroundings dimly lit by flickering bulbs. Those who managed to escape capture are lucky, but as for the rest of you...things don't look so good. You're tired, you're hungry, you're distinctly cold. It seems at some point during unconsciousness you were robbed of your weapons as well as your clothes. Not to worry, you aren't naked, but what you once wore is replaced by a white short-sleeved shirt and slacks that aren't quite long enough.
Talk about hospitality.
As your vision reluctantly comes into focus you realize there are others in the cell with you, dressed in a similar manner and looking like hell. Do you look like that? Man they must've done a number on you.

If we've forgotten your character(s) or if you have two characters in the same group, please let us know and we'll rectify that as soon as possible. We'd like to ask anyone familiar with the players of characters that haven't been around for a lengthy period to give them a nudge if you see them, and see what's going on. The mods unfortunately don't always have the best means of getting a hold of players and with plot rolling along, we'd like to be sure anyone who will be returning is not left out of plans.
Later today tune in for the broadcast of the doomed man, which will explain the nefarious plot behind your arrival in Solace and the political upheaval that has followed.

Be sure to reply to this entry stating which group each of your characters should be in or why. After this reminder your character will be assigned a group. Since we know people are just getting into the swing of things we're gauging activity instead by getting a reply to the groups entry, so don't fret if you've been busy lately.
As before, people with a hiatus covering this time period are excused, but if you've a preference as to which category your characters fall under let us know so we can group you accordingly. These groups will exist for a good while.
For anyone just coming into the game or back from hiatus, look HERE for recent entries under the * mods tag.
Feel free to use this post to air questions/comments/concerns/plot with the people you happen to be locked up with. To answer a few questions recently posed us about your detention:
+ You will be let out by the evening of the 17th
+ Your powers will work but they'll bounce right back at you if you aim at your cell or try to attack/target anything outside of it.
+ During this time your journals will still work.
+ You can contact characters outside the facility; IE ones who weren't captured.
+ If you're a new arrival (or your character escaped capture) you have the option of being captured during the routine sweeps that will be done once every two weeks by soldiers looking for anyone who eluded capture the first time. Thus you can decide whether your character becomes a servant of the empire or not at these points in time.
Lastly, we'd like to know how you feel about the pace so far. Too fast/slow/works for you? Let us know how we're doing and what you'd like to see.
