[You can hear what sounds like alot of people both running and walking around.  Quite a bit of moaning and crying too.  The sound is both near and far.  This is because Hana and some others are working on healing and patching up the people who were too hurt to be moved to a medical facility.  He's acutally giving some orders too, but is mostly just
