Nausicaa

Watched Nausicaa of the Valley of the Winds last night. It's an older Miyazaki film. Except for the scary synthesized music at a few parts the movie was pretty cool!

It's a neat film. A lot of the Miyazaki fans say it's the best one. *shrug*

One scene was animated by the guy who later went his own way and created the Evangelion series. The scene with the beast thing that is falling apart.

Ahh.. yes.. Now that you point that out I can see the similarities. It's a good show. I'm really torn on which one I like the best. They all have parts I enjoy. Howl's is pretty cool, and I like Mononoke. Spirited Away has really great music.
