Oh, this was absolutely beautiful. It broke my heart in every way.
I especially love the twist in the story. Usually for prompts like these, we think of Ariadne worried of turning into Mal but the part about the disease was pretty genius. And of course, how Arthur promises to always be there for her. There is so much potential in this story.

Very interesting twist! When i read that line you used for the cut i was sure it was a reference to Mal. Great job with Ardiene, you showed her in a very interesting light.
I think there might be a minor mistake in the line: "Something a totem: hard, heavy and reassuring, couldn't provide." Thanks for sharing.

Oh lovely and heartbreaking. Ariadne's fear of just how many ways there are to lose reality is so true, and I love how solidly *real* Arthur is. I also really liked how annoying *right* Eames is, in his own irritating way. ;)
