Today I went to try to give blood, but my iron count was too low again. This is the third or fourth timein a row. I've even been taking multivitamins to raise my iron. :( I fail at life.

A chronic disposition to inquiry deprived the domestic feline carnivorous quadruped of its vital quality.

Low Iron count is a very common problem for women.

Eat more shellfish (clams, oysters, mussels), and/or more liver (if you can stand liver), and you'll be better off.

Beef, shrimp and turkey are also pretty good.

Oh, eating lots of fruits & veggies helps iron absorption.

So would a daily glass of wine.
