Labor Day

I used to think that Labor Day was one big joke.  Seriously.  Only in America would we just throw our hands up and say to the world "we get one day when we don't get to do anything but grill out because we work hard throughout the rest of the year"

This is probably the first Labor Day that I seriously ENJOYED.  Not for any reason except that I got

my parents went to south dakota on their honeymoon. but, then again, they're them, so it fits. they didn't hike in the natural wonder that is souix falls... but they probably stopped in at random houses and ate dinner with strangers.. not exactly a Christian concert, but I'm sure they bonded over beer. ah, so good to be German sometimes.. er..
