Japan and Earthquakes

Where I lived in Japan was north of the epicenter of the massive earthquake on the 11th. Several of the worst-hit places, however, were places that I have visited. This is probably the best synopsis of what's going on that I have read. I'm been seeing the extremes on both sides of the nuclear debate, but this is the only calm and rational reaction I've read. Thank you for this.
