haha, so i just realized that the chinese character for "to marry" (嫁) is a combination of the characters "woman" (女)and "home" (家). get it?? it's like...to marry is a woman's home. i guess in chinese culture, when a girl gets married, she marries into a family. i don't know what it's like today, but in the old days (and lots of rural areas), women ( Read more... )

georgia tech can really suck sometimes.

the people here are great, but that's the only thing that stays constantly great. maybe i'd be happier if my grades were better. After sleeping from 2 in the afternoon to 7 in the evening, I ordered Chinese Buddha for dinner. Even though they said delivery would take an hour, the food was here in 20 minutes.
