I have defended my dissertation, and filed it with the University. It's formatting has been approved by the appropriate people, and the Dean of Graduate Studies has approved my final paperwork. I believe that officially, I have now completed my Ph.D. Graduation is June 22nd, and my parents, in-laws, and brother-in-law (and of course Kristina)
