i can't stop crying
i have gained 10 lbs in the last month and half
thats the most i have weighed since about 7th grade

I know that feeling all too well. I've gained back all the weight I lost last year, 30 pounds. It really just makes me hate myself for allowing myself to look like this again. It's so disgusting. But I've been fasting lately and plan on losing at least 30 pounds. Yeah...I'm done now...
