bad ride

 kinda pissed with the taxi driver today.

i was late, and hence took a cab from my place to park mall.  i was on my way for my company's ord dinner.
the meter showed $11.85. i passed him $12, waiting for my $0.15 change.  i briefly heard, "$11.90."

the driver gave me $0.10 change.  i questioned, "is it not $11.85?"  his reply, "oh. i rounded up to $11

i always ask for a receipt and strangely bcoz of that the taxi driver uncles usually charge me less than the meter indicated. haa haa

should have did the same thing and lodge a complain.
