Yeah, unfortunately, my after work schedule for the past week has been (all times pacific):

7-10: Drink Guiness at Local pub
10-3: Play halo 2 until my thumbs bleed
3-6: Play half life 2 until my eyes stop working
6-11: sleep
11-7: work
repeat.

So I'm going to candidly assume that your list starts at 7pm, and not 7am, right?

Cause if you're drinking from 7-10 in the morning, then, dude, you need help.
