I arrived in Burmecia. It seems a bit different than it was before, but I can't really say that since I never really visited it before the war. I wonder if I'll see sirfratley or freya_ix while I"m here?
I spent the day walking through town, looking through the shops and things, but most of the things they sell here seem to be weopons of some sort. My understanding is that things have been a bit paranoid here, and they're trying to build up a military force as quickly as possible out of fear that someone they think is their friend will suddenly turn on them as Alexandria did.
I met the others, the ones I'm traveling to Cleyra with. I don't really know any of them that well, and it seems like I'm the only of the origional maidens to remain. I was hoping that I'd see some old friends. As if the realization that I'll never see them again wasn't bad enough, there's an awful lot of pressure on me being the only one with much experience. The younger ones seem to look up to me and I really don't know what to do to make myself worth their admiration.
