so i left you with news that i'd torn a ligament, sadly i find out today that i've in fact done 2 of them, with the one that's snapped being across the top of the knee rather than on the side, which, yes you guessed it, is worse. so in short, i need surgery. which wasn't exactly what i wanted to hear at all, mainly because it came as a real shock ( Read more... )
