late computer lab night before paris

Oct 01, 2004 00:22

I rode into consciousness Wednesday morning on a rolling wave of nausea. I don't know how it's physically possible, but I somehow crawled out of my top bunk bed to the bathroom. I have no idea why I was sick-- maybe unwashed produce from the Meermarket? In any case, I was feeling sick all day, and as a consequence I was gloomy and rude, ( Read more... )

BUSH VS KERRY clairesoyclaire September 30 2004, 23:25:05 UTC
That's some real commitment. I'm about to bike home so I can go see them myself. Anyway, I love the pictures! I like the one of the sign telling motorists to yield to running children and men with briefcases. Its good to actually see what its like over there. Does it look castle-like on the inside?

¿Come?

Gingerale is part of my master plan to mold into an elderly man - in a Robert Dulgarian costume, a newspaper, and wafer crisps.

Did you get the email I sent a few weeks ago?

Today I saw Robert Dulgarian, for the first time, outside the Ansin building, and the first thing he said to me was…in his quasi-british tone and demeanor... “Jonathan…hello…that looks disgusting!”

He was referring to my rainbow sherbert ice cream cone. I smiled all the way up to class.

Also, you need to tell me that you're alive. I recieved an omen.
About the same time you left for Europe I called you and left a message on your answering system. A few days ago, that same message that I left came back to me, in MY answering system mailbox. I don't know what it means, but please pacify my fears.

Jonathan,
I had the same strange experience with a voicemail I left on Claire's phone around the time she went to Europe--I had to listen to it twice because I couldn't figure out who it was at first and then it was just eerie getting a message from myself. So I think Claire is alive and well, although her cell phone may be possessed by demons. (Claire! Confirm this as soon as you return to the world of computers! If you aren't safe, I am coming over there to find you.)

V and Jonathan,
I believe that Claire's dad is using her phone because his made some unfortunate river contact last summer. Her number is probably suspended until she's back. That's my guess anyway...

Well, she would have had to have bought a new cell phone to use in Europe, because American phones wouldn't work over there. Is that the case? Are you guys calling her old number?

Where have the Emersonians gone? Have they been banned from the castle for their antics? Are they touring Europe on a binge of wonder? Or have they slipped into a portal sending them back to fight in the battles of medieval times?

All the Emerson children have been away for the past 10 days, but we're home now and having terrible technical difficulties in the computer lab.

In reference to your picture... Dave, you never fail to frighten me in an oddly reassuring way. Remember the gravy train? My memories keep me company, but they can't compare to the REAL thing-- David Benjamin Child en vivo. If you had the power of flight or a million dollars I would insist on a visit. Dave...
