4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't search around and look for the "coolest" book you can find. Do what's actually next to you.

Lol... if I were to remove an appendix I would NOT take care to avoid spillage.

I love spillage.

mostly becuase it's a fun word to say.
It's hard to say with a straight face - the word itself contains so much whimsy you just have to smile!
