I'm so glad that things are going so well. Yes I know they could be better... but they could have been a hell of a lot worse, too. I'd like to think that all the positive vibes sent out by your many friends helped in some way.

Oh, DO dress up for Halloween! I know you're undecided NOW, but you'll feel a LOT better once you do! I myself was invited to a Halloween party this year, so I will go as Snape. (Yeah, BIG surprise there, lol!) I have the hair and the nose for it... so what if I'm the wrong gender and vertically challenged!

Glad that Clairvoyant Mum is on the mend.

Pleased that Mr. Clairvoyant got a halfways decent severence. With all the cutting that is going on the last two years, lots of places aren't giving anything.

Am crossing fingers and toes that contacts will have leads to other possibilities.

Will confess that I am still having the occasional revenge fantasy against wankers.

Yay for Clairvoyant!Mama doing well! Also, huzzah for a decent severance package that's in writing, and for networking. That's been my mom's biggest help in her job search. I hope your husband gets some good leads. ~crosses fingers~

I've sort of skipped Halloween and Thanksgiving and am totally digging the Christmas music. Then again, I'm the person who listens to Christmas music year-round, so who knows what that says...

~hugs you tightly~ Keep your chin up.
