[Hello, local psychics. Did you miss Crawford being noisy rather than eerily quiet? Good. Because he's got another fit to throw, sharp and sudden and less full of bitching and more full of pain. But this time, the less mentally-gifted citizens of Mayfield also gets to listen. Huzzah ( Read more... )

Crawford?

[With his own power back, Nagi hears that and goes over to visit his leader. Schuldig probably stuck the location/directions into his head.]

[Oh, Nagi. You're one of two people who'll be able to make it into the study without having a gun and a death threat flashed out instantly. Not that this means you'll find Crawford particularly responsive. The lights are off, his glasses are off, and from the looks of it (roiling mental landscape included), as much of his mind as can be safely turned off is turned off defensively.

There will be gloating and speeches and all manner of metaphors about honey soon enough. For now, however, Crawford is too full of a combination of rage and pain to properly form a simile.]

[He's got no way to know what's going on in Crawford's mind, not without Schuldig around, but it doesn't take telepathy to know that Crawford's not in the best of states. Nagi's calm and has enough control over himself that nothing moves as he steps closer curiously.

This is a state he doesn't think he's ever seen his leader in, so he's uncertain as he looks over to him.]

What did this place do to you?

[Rather than respond with words--the rearranging of things in his mind to start making accommodations for the mental hell he's going to have to put up with until he can reassert actual control over his talents takes precedence over a verbal response at the moment--Crawford simply gestures to the card and remains of the package on his desk.]

[The sensitive ears of Crawford’s seldom-seen-not!daughter-in-a-cloak have been offended! This demands investigation. Enjoy the shouting, Crawford.]

What’s going on down there? Satori! If you’ve brought an animal in here…

[OOC: I am so sorry about not tagging you yet! OTL I’ve been busy with the end of term and didn't realize that he had been appointed as Jane's father until just now and I just fail really hard.]

[You know who will not enjoy the shouting? The man with the stinging brain. In fact, he'll be hissing with pain (and a few choice expletives) a moment before calling (quietly) back up the stairs.]

...everything's fine, dear. Inside voices, please.

[[ooc; Don't worry about it! Real life has a way of being distracting.]]

Like hell it is. What was all that noise?

...just pots and pans. [There's a rather deep breath before he resumes a much calmer tone of voice--almost completely devoid of pain and anxiety and rage.] Go back to your room. Quietly, please.
