[Displeased. Let Crawford's tone show you it.]

We haven't heard much about upcoming gubernatorial elections. I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

[Because American politics are clearly the real source of his displeasure. Perhaps someone should leave his study and the horrible amounts of research he's been pouring over lately ( Read more... )

[Schuldig is in his house. Brooding. With coffee, at least! He's scared Ema into acting like a proper housewife, or in other words obedient and terrified. Whether he'll be happy to see Crawford or not is anyone's guess.]

[Crawford made the effort to walk all the way over here and not bring anything even remotely resembling paper. He deserves, at a minimum, coffee. So he'll be letting himself in and acquiring himself a mug before dealing with Schuldig's brooding.]

o-orz I was kind of assuming this was after the second day of droning too >> have_your_lives October 19 2010, 23:53:05 UTC
[Schuldig doesn't seem to object to Crawford's taking some of his coffee, which would get a lesser man stabbed in the hand with the sharpest kitchen utensil in reach. He does watch the Oracle closely, however, and says nothing. A quiet Schuldig is generally a sign of mental unease.]

...it's WK. they can all exist on seperate timelines if they want. :| clairvoyeur October 20 2010, 02:39:27 UTC
[Crawford can appreciate the fact that he's not being stabbed. That pleasantry aside, he'll be picking his words delicately. Or at least as delicately as he can be without breaking the rules and turning on falsified demonstrative affection.]

You look better.

Elections here are bad news, chief.

I find that incredibly difficult to believe.

Okay. But that doesn't change the fact that they are.

The argument would be somewhat more convincing with an actual explanation, Miss.

[Farfarello is making his way back from Schuldig's house, looking utterly distraught. He blinks a few times when he sees Crawford, scowling at him for a few moments before trying to clamp down on his emotions and hide them. It doesn't work so well.]

Saoiste.

[...well. That's different. Different enough to give Crawford pause--physically, even, his pace slows to an inquisitive halt. Emotions are tolerated as an occupational hazard in the Mastermind, ripped out of the Prodigy... and best to be delicately untangled from the Berserker.]

You have news for me.

[He flicks his tongue over his lips, and leaves a smear of blood. It's on his clothes as well, and smudged on his hands and face.]

He's still droned.

[And that, in and of itself, is enough to terrify and horrify Farfarello. He's heard about a spate of permanent dronings, and Schuldig is his anchor to something that at least somewhat resembles sanity. And...the orange haired German was also his friend, and a very dear friend at that.

Such as Schwarz had "friends", anyway.]

...walk with me.

[This is exactly the sort of thing he'd prefer a warning about; however, Crawford can't say he's actually horribly surprised even without the usual "heads up." It doesn't warrant a change in expression, but there's a visible shift in the way he's holding his shoulders.

Friends worried about friends, after all.]

[Assuming this is after Nagi's droning wears off, he'll be...at Crawford's house, in whatever bedroom he can claim for himself because spending time at Ken's is pointless.]

[Not that Crawford isn't always mildly pleased in a place like this to have familiar faces, but with the recent dronings he'll take a moment of caution upon realizing the boy is floating around.]

[Fortunately, this is not the Nagi drone. How to tell? The real one doesn't smile, he just nods a little at Crawford when he sees him.]

[That will earn a faint nod in response. The not kicking out is a sign of affection.]

I expect you won't stay long.

[And there's the affectionate concern. Getting droned repeatedly in a short span of time can't be pleasant.]
