Bikes:
I've finally gotten the trail gator installed on my & Patrick's bikes - it works fine, but having it & the toddler seat makes for a long set-up - helmets on all 3 of us, Ian in up front, me next, then Patrick in back. We bought the iBert. I need to fiddle with it more though before I actually put Amber in. There isn't space between the back of the iBert and the start of my bike seat for my body when I'm in standing position. I moved my bike seat all the way down so I can at least touch the ground, but just barely and I have to tip my bike a bit sideways to do it.

I don't have room to stand on the pedals for hard pedaling, but I can get my feet to the ground for stopping / starting.

Ian had also developed the habit of hanging his right arm over the side, which can get in the way.

Since it's so easy to install, I'm planning on taking the ibert [sans bike] to the beach on our vacation [along with Patrick's bike] so if we do rent a bike, I won't have to worry about whether or not they have infant seats.
