I have a number of suggestions for games I'd consider playing with a little guy watching or participating (Animal Crossing, Katamari Damancy). Jon has enjoyed Sid Meyer's Pirates and Sid Meyer's Railroads. Railroads is especially good for ... socially acceptable pretend play. Peter enjoys watching both. In Pirates He likes watching the ships sail and doing the dancing (although personally I'm not a fan of a lady's worth being measured in her beauty, but he doesn't read yet so we can change the words.) For the train game, Peter loves all things train to begin with, this just gives him more detail about inventions to make trains more efficient.
