Submit: Week 431 (Community Icon & Header)
With our Holiday Icon Grab Bag well under way (don't miss out) it's time to start our final Week 431 challenge which is actually: a community icon and community header contest, you may submit up to three entries to either or both of them. The winners will become our community graphics for 2015 with credit given!
As for this year's theme, we're going to go with Crossovers. Each graphic must feature at least two different characters from two different CLAMP series. You can achieve this by combining separate images yourself, using promotional multi-series group artwork and/or choosing a series that features crossovers already (e.g. CLAMP in Card/Wonderland, Tsubusa Reservoir Chronicle), as long as its clear what two original characters and series are being represented. If you have any questions, just ask!
PART A: COMMUNITY ICON
- You may submit three different icons
- It must meet LJ requirements (100x100 pixels, 40kb or less, gif/jpg/png format)
- It must feature at least two different characters from two different CLAMP series
- It must say clamp_icontest or CLAMP Icontest; no other text is allowed
- You may use animation if you wish
Please submit your icon(s) by uploading it to an outside host that allows direct linking, then leave a screened comment to the designated thread with your icon, url, character(s) and series. Also include any additional required information and/or specific resource credits that you may have used.

PART B: COMMUNITY HEADER
- You may submit three different headers
- It cannot be any larger than 750 pixels wide and 500 pixels high
- It must feature at least two different characters from two different CLAMP series
- It must say clamp_icontest or CLAMP Icontest; additional text is allowed
- Animation is not allowed due to file-size issues
- The current layout will change to match the winning header, no need to use the same style/colours
Please submit your header(s) by uploading it to an outside host that allows direct linking, then leave a screened comment to the designated thread with your url, character(s) and series. Also include any additional required information and/or specific resource credits that you may have used.

Do's
- You must be a member to participate, three icons & three headers per person (excludes multiple accounts)
- The graphic(s) must be made by you, this includes not stealing icons or copying tutorials
- Your icon(s) must feature imagery from a CLAMP series (anime/manga) or artwork*
*Only Code Geass illustrations drawn by CLAMP themselves are allowed, no anime/manga/etc.
- It/they should be recently made to fit the theme and kept anonymous/secret throughout
Do Not's
- Do not use/distribute/advertise your submission publicly/reveal your identity
- Doujinshi/Fanart/Cosplay images are not allowed, you must use official art only
- Refrain from using any sexually explicit imagery (exposed private parts) or overly coarse language*
*Graphic violence, artistic/suggestive nudity (with hidden private parts) and mild profanity is ok
Other's
- Please credit outside sources (e.g. brushes, textures, bases, lyrics, quotes)
- You may provide translations/definitions (e.g. foreign languages, tiny text, large words)
- If submitting an icon variation to a current & anonymous icontest, check with both mods
- If you change/edit your submission let me know so I can replace/upload the right one
If something is amiss with your submission(s) I will reply/inform you of it and give you a chance to either resubmit the icon or fix the comment depending. It is at my discretion to disqualify you for failure to follow these guidelines.
You have until Friday, January 2nd at 11:00 PM Eastern to submit. A comment will be left when submissions are officially closed, no late entries will be accepted at that time unless an official extension is announced.

You can earn cards for both parts of this challenge at TCG Exchange if you choose to participate there. Since this is technically two different contests being run in one challenge post you will be able to earn separate rewards for making icon(s) and/or header(s).
