Tsubasa chapitre.127 暴走する血 (unrestrained blood)
Tower: Suddenly There’s no more water in the tower.
Tower: I’ll give you this (sakura feather) so let us live in the building.
They said holding out the feather but Kamui’s gang is refusing.
While Kurogane and Syaoran are thinking about the feather, Fye suddenly wakes up.
As if a different person Fye attacks Kurogane. Syaoran give Sakura’s charge to Subaru and Syaoran / Kurogane / Kamui attempts to stop him….

-Tower's water disappeared? Did they steal it? XD but there's still possibility that the water is from Watanuki's labors.
- The water is back… but what about Kekkai on the building?
-When the copy Syaoran left, didn’t he say there were no more feathers from this world?
EDIT: Oh dear oh dear, Looks like this is version 2… Obviously one of them is lying but… I’ll post this one up as well and we’ll see.

Mokona couldn’t detect the feather at first but it was real. Tower wants to live in Tokyou, which has water and living space, in exchange for the feather. The people of the Tokyou wants the feather so it can use it as a kekkai. The Tokyou no longer has fighting power because Kamui is leaving.
Mokona protests that the feather belongs to Sakura. But Sakura says it’s okay. She decides to leave the feather to protect the people in this country.
(I’ve no idea what this means) She also wants to cut bond with the changedSyaoran. Kurogane and realSyaoran saw the expression in her face… (?)
Even though the underground is deteriorated they’ve confirmed that there are no leaking holes. Using Mokona, Yuuko delivered the water in bottles Watanuki worked his butt off for. (geez Yuuko can predict futures too) Leaving the bottle where water was they opened the cloak and water starts flowing….

Aww no Kamui Fumma development? Too bad… And Sakura is going to leave that feather! Will Faywon come and steal it ^^? And this still doesn’t explain why Tower wants to live in the building!!! (and so many questions unanswered )
If the feather IS gonig to stay in the country that means there is going to be more from Country Tokyo even if gang and vampires leave!!!! more X chara development!!!!

my theory about leaving the feather in Tokyou is that either they end up taking it, coming back to take it or someone else takes it.
Theory for the price of water which I thought was very good:
Kurogane doesn't care about the water so he's price was very cheap.
Subaru wants the water for the people badly because he thinks it's his fault so the price is higher.
Kurogane wants to save Fye so the price is very high.
Subaru can save Fye.
So it's a trade.
plus Kamui ends up getting envolved and he doesn't give a damn other than his precious Subaru (lolz) so it's even cheaper.
and vampire blood is precious
