first thing first, thank you for the translations to the clamp radio. it funny that I have the same allergies as they have, lucky that they are allergic to cats. T_T.

When I tell my friend about the life in japan and what people experience is and she doesn't believe say that what she hears are completly different. I just give up cause I don't want to argue.
I can't even imagine cleaning the house everyday, me 1 time a week is enough ^_^. I wish one day japan will change their view of Women in socity, but I am hoping.
One day I would like like to visit japan with my firend *who speaks japanese* so I don't feel out of place.

...Lucky? o.O

I'm no chores type person either. I avoid doing them altogether (I can because I'm still in school ^^)

I hope they will change too. That takes years and years, and even North America isn't done with the transformation yet.

what did your friend hear about? Glorious days with anime and manga and video games? or people in kimono sipping tea? Cuz in reality(or urban life), that's not it.

Have you lived in Japan before?

I meant to say that they are lucky that they are not allergic to cat, like I am even though I like them.

Very true.

I don't know and I didn't bother to ask, my other friend on line experince some Racial things. I don't want to say what cause she isn't Japanese.

No I live in Canada, I won't survive in Japan to many things. ^_^ like managa and merchanizes. But I would like to visit though. The only place I went to was Italy and it is any different than Japan. when I went they and I was 11 I wasn't allowed to leave the house, my grandmother won't allow it, and my brother could go any where he wanted too. If I went I out I had to go with relatives. It same Male have more freedom.

So True~ they don't allow girls anywhere. i'm fine cuz I'm chinese (But I live in Canada too since G.4)

The sexism repels me so bad... I would never want to live there where I'm expected to serve tea and do their dirty work to guys doing the same work.

What a very... hmm. traditional society. >_> My grandmother was raised under Japanese education... now I think I understand why she fusses about certain things I never really cared about... x_x

D: on the other hand... I hope CLAMP gets better...

If you drill someone in something, unless they have an extreme influence, their mind is going to be glued to it after teen age.

We have to wait until late spring

Thank you for the summary as always ^^

I heard they were sick, but I didn't know it was pollen alergy (I thought it was just a cold). My best regards to Ohkawa (and Satsuki and Mokona too ^^)!

I guess we can expect XXXHOLiC's break to last more than only 2 weeks, but it's necessary for their well-being.

Ohkawa hates mint? I love mint! XD No wonder we almost don't see mint on their mangas.

>Also noted: some seiyuus have their voice changed in this season

Eh? XD What seiyuu? What season? XD

It just says many japanese voice acters are sick during this season so you can tell who has the allergy because you can totally hear the difference in their voice. -what clamp said

It's not that simple, or else Japan wouldn't but the allergy on the news every year this season. There're currently no clear cure for allergies or else it'll be a great medical discovery. Of course Japan is frantic about them and trying to discover medications but however, currently there is no medication that works well.

About Japan lifestyle, yes you can see it in every manga or book that you read. I love japan, but like every country in the world, there´s a lot of things i could never accept.
see you around!

lol, they won't get better until everyone else is better. ^^

Have you read shoten? Even though they're yaoi, they still adapt to traditional Japanese home style
