Hi, great idea. New fics in the X/Tokyo babylon & Clover fandoms are already kind of covered by the Prophecie newsletter.
Maybe the two could link up somehow?

It's nice to see the comm active again! I'll look forward to seeing how it'll go.

The Gohou Drug link directory had continued to be updated every now and then even though the comm has been, er, rather dead for quite some time. (The last update was in April of this year.)

Oh, that's great! Would you be interested in continuing to maintain it?

Awesome! Could you just hop over here then and email me the form so I get a rough idea of who you are and how to contact you? xD; (sorry I know it's a hassle...)

If there were an established list of links to check - or better yet a single RSS feed aggregating all the links - I would be willing to do writeup for the newsletter one day a week or so. If you're thinking something more like weekly, I'd be willing to contribute writeup for one section that I could RSS together.

I was thinking more weekly since the CLAMP fandom isn't as active or as large as some other fandoms... In terms of RSS feeds, I'm pretty clueless as to how it works, but if that's something you can compile, so much the better!

(the application form is now up; you can check it out here)
