This is a tutorial requested by nocturnelorelei which won Third Place at clamp_visual Week Twenty. Newbies beware. This is Photoshop-friendly and I have no idea whether it's translatable or not. Oh, and this tut is only for images that have a white background! ^^

The white border or the dotty one?

Oh wait.

Um, I used a brush for the white border but you could always create a new layer, press CTRL+A or go to Select->All, make your foreground white then go to Edit->Stroke selected inside with a width of 2 px.

As for the dotted border, it was a template hanging around in my PC for a long while.

Oh, and I'm just curious, when I read 'Ang Hiwagaan' it sounded...like Tagalog. Are you flip by any chance? I am, but I'm not to good with Tagalog...

Yes I am. ^^ The words "ang hiwagaan" was taken from a chapter of Jose Rizal's El Filibusterismo. *_*
