I take Hip Hop at a local studio. We're a motley crew. There's a man in his late fifties -- a big guy with a paunch, grey hair and glasses. Yeah, me too. Sandy loves to give High Fives. I gave her about 10 that class. Her dignity, spunk and character were exemplary.

Sandy sounds fabulous.

We have a girl named Rachel in our class, who too has Downs Syndrome. She's wonderful, she always seems to be a step ahead of everyone else, and loves every moment of it.

Your class sounds like it's so much fun! If it didn't take me 9 hours on a plane, I would totally come join it :)

This is beautiful.

It's a moment that those girls will never ever forget, recognizing it at some point as the time when grace started to pour into their lives. Thank you for sharing this, it's a story, beautifully rendered, that I will never forget.

Big compliment coming from a guy whom I think totally captures life in all its big and small moments. Thank you.
