Oh Victor, Victor.

So - did anyone else catch Victor Garber's new tv show? Justice, they call it! Pah! There's no justice in taking such a fine actor and putting him in such a ridiculous show. The only way to extract any entertainment from the proceedings was to imagine VG telling the client who's charged with murdering his wife: 'Are you sure it was your wife? It ( Read more... )

I saw it. It made me long for the days when Daniel Benzali walked the Earth in Murder One.

Although, I am looking forward to the Very Special Justice when Ron has a heart attack from all that yelling.

Heh. I'm looking forward to CrossOver Justice when Marshall walks in and waves a spork in Kerr Smith's direction.

It's on the tivo but I know I have to be sufficiently bored and/or drugged and/or sloshed to actually sit down and watch it. Alias aside, I'm just not a fan of Victor Garber because Alias was, I think, like the first thing I saw him in where he DIDN'T play a lecherous bastard.

Oh, wait.

;)

Anyhoodle. I recorded it. Will watch it...soon.

Are you trying to convince us you didn't watch Titanic????

I have seen Titanic through start to finish exactly once, disliked it greatly, and cannot actually remember Victor in it at all. The only character I vaguely liked was the Unsinkable Molly Brown. Everyone was spectacularly dull and I couldn't wait for the boat to hit the iceberg so everyone would just die already. Although I will take it back and say I saw him in Sleepless in Seattle and he didn't play a jerk. He was quite funny in his 5 minutes of film. :D

I don't even remember him in Sleepless. Mind you, I don't remember very much of the movie at all.
Victor as lecherous bastard is putting a whole new twist on Daddy Warbucks....actually, if you think about a character called 'Daddy' taking in a little orphan girl...yeah, that's just wrong.

I enjoyed Justice. I thought the role of obnoxious bitchman suited VG's style to a tee. *shrug*

Of course the show itself would only amuse me for about 2-3 episodes before I flick it off. But I'll enjoy those and then move on.

So much so that he could probably have played that role while comatose. I think I'd have enjoyed it a lot more if he'd bitch-slapped Kerr Smith.
