Thanks for the updates. We would otherwise hear nothing about the atrocities of the evictions and the absurdity of Ambassador Cook's allegations. Keep us posted if and when there is a response by the Canadian government. love you, Mom

Hey Sister,

I just thought I'd ask you to keep us updated on this issue as updates are available. I know there's probably a website that keeps it real up-to-date, but, I don't know... this doesn't really look like something that should be forgotten to the LJ archives.

Miss you lots, lots, lots

Thanks for your interest, guys... Unfortunately there is no website that keeps these types of things up to date. that´s one of the biggest problems, and why there is a need for independent journalism in the style of Steven and James... I will keep you all updated with any information I get. One of James´s photos was on the cover of a magazine here a couple of weeks ago, so that´s at least something!

Intersting Post, but Corporations and Governments have always engaged in disinformation campaigns and tactics to acheive what they want through whatever means possible. In fact the greatest disinformation campaign ever waged by a corporate entity is that of the tobacco industry. They would literally use their profits to clear cut every inch of rain forrest in Guatemala so they could plant it with tobacco and them cremate the ashes of those who consume their product to fertilize the soil.

"Where else can we make a product for a penny ,sell it for a dollar and it's a addictive"
Actual quote from the chairman of RJR Tobacco.

Think about it-Dad
