So, my back has been hurting since I got in the accident last Tuesday. I talked to the insurance company once the next day, and already said I was fine. I work for an insurance company and would have to tell you that I have a serious problem with people who try to take advantage like that.

You should be careful as I am certain they will investigate you for fraud - especially after you told them you are okay. You will not get nearly as much as you seem to think you will anyway.... I settle these claims every day.

So do what you will.... but taking advantage of an insurance company 1. Almost never works and 2. Could get you in trouble.

Good thoughts. I have a conscious. I just seem to feel pressure right now since I do need the money. The first accident that I was in, they offered me a thousand dollars just to shut up. But I am starting to worry about my back. I have health insurance for about 20 more days.

Being ligitimately treated is NOT the same as trying to take the insurance company for money.
