Just home really. As I live on my own, it's quite nice to be able to shut the door on the world and just do whatever I like; watch tv, read, listen to music. Although when 4 walls get to much, I love walking along the seafront into Brighton.

Race for Life
Took part in Race for Life for the first time on Saturday! It was a really mixed day of fun and emotions; 3,000 women and girls and their supporters all dressed up and playing in the sunshine, but each one of them doing it for someone they've lost or has been affected by cancer.

In-a-nutshell entry
Managed 8 hours of fairly decent sleep last night. It did require (prescription) sleeping tablets, the fan on a timer so I didn't wake up with the heat, an eye mask and ear plugs. Good job I sleep alone ( Read more... ) -
