Does anyone know anything about TV signals? Mines gone a bit crap.
At the last place I lived I noticed that when the weather was good the TV signal became quite weak. It's never happened in this place before, but over the last month it seems when there is high pressure - the signal goes and I get a bad analogue signal and no digital signal. I get a bad signal on the digi-box when it windy too.
I'm sure it is the weather, as I've tried everything just to check that it's not the cable to the aerial, swapping them around etc. The only other thing I can think it is would be the socket to where the aerial goes into the TV might be faulty, but I still get a picture - in order to test this I'd have to get another telly to check. The TV works with the DVD fine, and the signal is inconsistent - it goes from passable to awful - so I think it has to be the weather effecting it.
What I want to know for sure - is it definitely the weather. Can anyone advise me if it is? I'm just worried that I'll have to get a new TV.
I need a working TV for Tuesday!
EDIT:- So this is what I think is going on:-
Weather effecting TV Signals Oh for a bit of crap weather! Tuesday's meant to be a bit cloudy.
