I am a virtual Drugstore when I fly. I pack everything that I might possibly need for beauty, health, and medical situations. Eye drops, sanitizer, contact lens solution, moisturizer. I also like to have my own bottle of water for emergencies. This "no liquids" on flights thing is kind of disturbing to me. How long do you think it will go on for?

Seriously though...today it is liquids. Who knows what other "personal" item could be turned into a dangerous device.

It amazes me what the terrorists will find to make into dangerous devices. I'm just glad the figured the liquid explosives out before 20 planes went down and the whole world went into forever panic mode again.

The airlines damn well better be passing out water like it is going out of style.
I suspect they might say, "no unsealed" water soon enough. Which would be okay.
Really it is a matter of common sense and it does bother me because where the real security threat lays is in checked luggage and cargo. Some of the most scary/significant bombings on planes were done through checked luggage/cargo. And yet? there isn't the kind of security detail done there. Hell there hardly any security done to all the cargo containers that come in off the ships into our country. Only 6 percent are checked each year and thousands upon thousands of containers come through.
But bottled water and moisturizer? DANGEROUS.
