The Keeper is natural latex, which combines with its thicker wall structure to make it quite a bit firmer than the silicon Mooncup. It's also a bit narrower for the equivalent sizing. My experience is that the Keeper is more secure - I've only ever got it to leak once, and that when I was seriously pushing its capacity - but it's also less comfortable, it seems harder to give a thorough clean, and it's harder to get the stalk trimmed and smoothed so it sits comfortably
