Notification failures

I apologise if I haven't replied to any comments - I'm not getting email notifications although I've set them to do so.  What can I do?  I have to rely on my fading memory and revisit places I think I left a comment so that I can reply to any responses there may /may not have been...

Needless to add really, this is pretty hit and miss:(  Oh well.

If you have a dog, attaining a fragrant bower is an uphill struggle, and it's more fun to play with the dog, really:)
