There has been delay after delay with moving into our new apartment (the carpets needed cleaning, etc). I'm so sick of sinking money into a hotel and Tovah and I are becoming irritable in this stasis. The landlord seems cool though and is going to reimburse me some of the hotel costs. So umm... when do you get to move into the apartment? You've gotta be pretty antsy to be settled in.

Yeah, we can actually move in today, but dig this: our stuff is still in Oregon!!! Those chobos at Eugene Moving and Storage "ran out of drivers" and decided to leave our stuff there. The earliest it could possible be here is Friday, and that is only if they get it on the road today. I'm pissed, and once our stuff is here I'm going to do everything I can to damage their government contract.
