World of Warcraft is easily the most adicting video game I've ever played. Being my first mmorpg I've never experience anything like it. Having been a pretty big fantasy nerd it's always been my desire to get together with a group of friends, fight fantastic monsters, adventure, and possibly save the world. Clark, you are such a nerd. I started reading that first paragraph but my eyes started to glaze over after the first few words... all I saw was *videogame,videogame,videogame.* I made myself go back and read what it actually said, though.

What is your nuke interview?

For a naval officer to be nuclear select you have to go through a brutal interview process in Washington DC. It was started when Admiral Rickover decided he wanted to personally test each officer who would ultimately command a reactor aboard submarine (and later aircraft carrier which is what I'm doing). These days, you only spend five minutes or so with the admiral who based on your review scores and his judge of your character decides whether you pass or not. Prior to seeing him you have several hours of technical oral boards primarily covering calculus and calculus based physics. It's hellish, but if I pass I get $10,000. >=) It will determine the path of my entire navy career. I was a nuke when I enlisted and had to take a simple test to get in back then, but this will be about 1000x more difficult.

And it's in two weeks...
