So, I've finally created a LiveJournal. I've been keeping a journal over here for a while, and might move it over here at some point in the future. For now I have some friends added and can start participating with an identity. :-)

No, I don't think you know me. :) But I saw you comment somewhere, and thought you sounded cool. And yeah, mrtg is nifty. One of these days I need play with rrdtool and one of the alternate graphers (I've forgotten the names of those though).

the one I loved was called cactar or cactaur.
its an rrdtool/mrtg database system with a web front end and mysql database back end for storing data... pretty slick..
