oh sweetie pie, i know what you're going through. its ok though, because never give up hope that that fucking boulder sitting on your shoulders is going to leave. because it will. your freinds cant help, your family can't help, horses can't help, sometimes even music can't help... but you can't give up hope, hon. just... sit tight and don't do anythign irrational. writing is the only thign that saved me, even if it wasn't always about my inner torment. just... write abotu yoru day. about teh sky. about the birds. about the ferns outside of teh IRC window. just... write. or play music (i could neevr doo that..i'd break something, i know it...)
