this arc made me uncomfortable at first because VB is such a freak (pardon me VB fans...) but i guess his soul appearance (lol, icon of singapore) and this chapter redeemed him a little in my eyes... just a little!
i think the gist of it was that VB's starting to realize that he definitely feels something for shinobu, and combined with his obsession with touching him, the only possible outcome is sex. but he knows shinobu is a virgin so he 'educates' shinobu, but this only freaked him out - which moved him to go to the person he is closest to and is most comfy with - kenny - for reaffirmation... about the sex, that is.
