I often wonder if I enjoy my own self-destruction as much as I think I do, or an even scarier thought, if I've gotten so used to it that its no longer a matter of like or dislike, but rather one of habitual complacency.

All I can say is, I'm sorry you feel crummy, genuinely sorry. I've been there, honestly. It's no fun... Life can really be ruthless.
