Well, this year has been full of unexpected twists and turns in RL. I didn't end up having as much time to icon as I wanted (much less deal with the ever tempermental Photobucket to upload them). This post shows such an array of different styles. I really like the icons with bold and declrative text such as 42, 48, 59 and 84. The composition in them is on point! I also really like the lighting in icons 40, 60, 49 and 21. 49 in particular is one my favourite icons! The colour is so rich and the lighting complements it beautifully!

I hope you have fulfilling (and icon-filled) 2017. Looking forward to see what you come up with this year. Happy new year! ♥

Lots of variety this year! Can I just say that if my daughter had her own LJ, she would be all over that Princess Tutu icon?! Perfect!

Yes, I tried to have fun and push my limits this year! I only wish I'd had more time to play around with it :3
