well we did work in a scene where I do swim for a short while singing the title song, but it's no water spectacular.

How do you like working with Gene?

Well Its been a difficult thing working with him. He and Stanley Donen wrote thois role for Kathryn Grayson, and then for Judy Garland, I think that he is just a little upset that it's someone who can't dance and can't sing. It's none of our faults I understand.

I love Gene dearly, but he is a perfectionist. Working with him can be a bit of a strain - on himself, and co-workers - at times. He just wants the film, his cast members, and himself to look good is all. He doesn't want anyone being made a fool.
