So I just got back from my weekend beach get-away. It was really awesome -- I didn't realize how much I needed a break until I was there. I pretty much just swam and read and ate lots of good food. Ahhh it was the best. It's kind of depressing going back to work today, but just have to do it.

I was and am very interested in Materials Science Engineering, as well! It's really a very far-reaching subject, with applications in almost all the different branches of technological innovation. :)

Are you serious? Ahh most people haven't even heard of it. Well if you ever want to talk more about it, definitely let me know! I could go on and on about how much I love it. I'm getting a PhD in materials science right now hahaha.

It's not going to be my major, but I really would love to study it on the side; practically every other field of engineering is affected by it, if you think about it XD I'd talk about it more, but I haven't really started learning about it in depth yet, so it would all be a layman's analysis -_- Science Knowledge Battle: Grad Student > High School Senior :P (I'll probably be studying it further this year, though ^^)
